Each month the Pattaya Golf Society honours its "Player of the Month". Points are awarded for daily competitions and two Order of Merit events, one medal and one stableford, each month. In addition there are bonus points for performance, consistency, service and loyalty. At the end of the year the PGS "Golfer of the Year" is thus decided.

In addition 13 other golfers have played in the Merit events but scored no points.

Should there be a tie the winner will be the one scoring the most points in the two OM events proper. If still level the winner shall be the golfer with the most event wins in the month. Still tied...see Einstein!
